What time of day is best for family photos?
The best time is usually early morning or late afternoon when the light is softer for outdoor sessions. I like to do indoors around late morning as the sun is highest in the sky and gives good window light. For beach sessions in Bayside, sunset is particularly popular because the light is warm and flattering.
What if my children don’t behave?
That’s completely normal! Children don’t need to sit still for natural family photography. Some of the most beautiful images happen during playful moments, cuddles, or laughter when kids are simply being themselves, we just keep them moving.

What happens if the weather is bad?
If the weather doesn’t cooperate, I will usually reschedule the session to another suitable day. Good light and comfortable conditions are important for natural looking photos.
CAN you VISIT our home?
Yes, I can visit you for in-home family lifestyle sessions. These sessions are relaxed and meaningful because they capture your family in your own environment.

As an animal lover myself, I love to include your pets during your family photo shoot as they’re just as much a part of the family too. They also help your family relax and just be themselves.
HOW DO I PAY?
A deposit invoice will be issued to secure your preferred photo shoot date and time once your booking is received. After you’ve made your final selections from your online proofing gallery, you’ll be invoiced based on the total number of images chosen (minimum of 15).

DO YOU SUPPLY DIGITAL FILES?
Yes, digital files are supplied on USB of your chosen images plus
7 x 5 inch art prints as I really believe photos should be printed.
CAN YOU ORGANISE OTHER PRINTED PRODUCTS?
Nothing gives me more joy than seeing your cherished photos printed and on display. Photos don’t belong in the Cloud or on a hard drive collecting dust, they need to be seen for you to reminisce your family stories and have heirloom keepsakes to hand down through the generations.
