Newborn Sessions in your Home!

I love in-home newborn and family sessions.  To photograph the interaction and love you have for one another is what I try to capture.  In-home sessions are how your daily life looks now.

When I arrive I look for the best natural light in your home.  It's good to schedule your session when your home has the most amount of natural light during the day.  There's no need to say cheese or pose for the camera as it's the love and connection I try to capture for you, especially when introducing a newborn baby to the family.  Your pets can also be included because they are just as much an intragal part of the family as well.

Be prepared for lots of cuddles.  If you have any special gifts or heirlooms that have sentimental meaning, these can be included in the photo shoot too.  The only preparation prior to the photo shoot would be to declutter your bedside tables and around the couch in the family room, nothing too tidy as we want your home to look lived in, a little bit of mess is fine!

Once you've made your booking I will send you my Welcome Booklet that gives you much more information about how to prepare, what to wear, etc.

This family I photographed just before Christmas, welcoming their newborn baby son.  I hope you enjoy your preview.
