For those that know me they know I'm a sucker for anything vintage. So when my friend showed me a photo of her family in front of a mural that they found down at Brighton Beach, I just had to use it for a Tween Fine Art photo shoot.
The mural painted by artist John Lawry shows a steam train that came from Brighton Beach station to a pier that was built back in 1861 at the bottom of South Road. The pier is now gone. Not only did we have the mural as a wonderful backdrop but also the beach. You never know what is hidden in your local neighborhood for a great location for a photo shoot.
