I don’t know about you but when I first came home from hospital with our newborn baby boy it all seemed a bit surreal. A mixture of the fear of the unknown, parenting “L” plates but at the same time the excitement of introducing your baby to their first home! A steep learning curve but with a combination of love and determination from Mum and Dad, plus other family and friends offering a helping hand can all contribute to getting through this exciting but nervous time.

I come to you in your home and shoot natural, baby led photography, so there is little disruption to baby’s routine, everything is at arms length. Things don’t have to be perfectly tidy, there is no stress with cleaning the house from front to back. I look for the best available natural light (which is usually Mum and Dad’s room) and give a small amount of guidance so you know what to do .

This lovely family have just welcomed their newborn baby girl and she’s the sweetest thing. Just 2 weeks old and so aware.
