Do you have a great location for a mini photo shoot? You’d be surprised where some photos are taken as I don’t need a lot of space to take great shots. Yes it can be wonderful to have a beautiful location but it’s not a necessity to have. Not only can you have your photo shoot at home but there are all sorts of possibilities that can be used as a brilliant backdrop. Sometimes it can be on the side of the road where there’s glorious light and greenery, a park or even a council heathland reserve.
My friend has just moved into a rental (whilst they’re renovating their home) and mentioned to me that the house has stunning period style lead light windows which offer a perfect backdrop for photos. A larger size space is not necessary as long as it can offer good but soft natural light. We also used a swing and a magnificent willow tree in their garden.
So if you’re looking for something different to offer your Tween or Teenager for their birthday, consider a fine art photo shoot, something they will treasure for years to come.
