Unfortunately newborn and family photographers are still not permitted to work at the moment. We’re waiting with baited breath to see what restrictions are lifted next week (Oct 19th). Big thanks to the awesome effort of Emily Black from the AIPP for lobbying with the state government to allow our clients to remove their masks during photo shoots which was approved today.
I’m currently taking bookings from November onwards and should restrictions remain in place, I’m leaving room in my calendar for November bookings to be rescheduled in December. If you’re expecting, I can pencil your due date in my calendar and leave room around that date for your photo shoot.
We’ve come this far, fingers crossed the numbers will reduce and we can all go back to some sort of normality so if you’ve been thinking of a family photo shoot prior to Christmas, book in now so you don’t miss out as I still have some spots available.
