I love coming to your home for your newborn photo session. Not only does it show the love you have for one another but it also shows how your daily life looks right now in that newborn bubble!
When I arrive I look for the best natural light in your home. I like to schedule newborn shoots around 11am in the morning as this is when the light is strongest during the day. There's no need to say cheese or pose for the camera as it's the love and connection I try to capture for you, especially when introducing a newborn baby to the family.
Be prepared for lots of cuddles. If you have any special gifts or heirlooms that have sentimental meaning, these can be included in the photo shoot too. The only preparation prior to the photo shoot would be to declutter your bedside tables and around the couch in the family room, nothing too tidy as we want your home to look lived in, a little bit of mess is fine!
