I feel so privileged to be asked to photograph those precious first weeks of your baby’s life. You’ll find that I don’t handle the baby much during the session, it will mostly be Mum and Dad holding your baby and your baby on their own on my beanbag wrapped in a warm wrap or blanket. My aim is to capture the emotion you have for your newborn baby.
My style would have to be simple and real. Most of the session is baby led, only gently guiding them into a position that newborns naturally do, they’re perfect just they way they are! I want you to never forget the details of those tiny toes and fingers, little lips and sleepy snuggles as the newborn phase is fleeting and they change so quickly..
