There's something so pure and real about newborn photography sessions. New parents in awe over their newborn baby and so in love. If I had to describe a newborn photography shoot I'd call it easy going, nice and slow, letting the baby take the lead.
I look for the best available light in your home and set up my beanbag with lots of blankets for your baby’s comfort. We can either strip them down to just their nappy and swaddle them in neutral coloured wraps that I’ll bring with me or dress them in a textured or plain onesie.
Newborn safety is a priority so Mum and Dad are always close at hand or holding the baby as it’s those intimate, emotive moments that I aim to capture.
