Motherhood!
Maternity Lifestyle Photography Melbourne
It's such a delight when I meet new clients who are expecting their first child and overjoyed with the prospect of being parents. Tim and Yuri found each other in South America and decided to raise their baby in Tim's home town of Melbourne.
Yuri has precious heirlooms that had strong significance to her, which we used during the shoot. It really makes the session so personal when you can use items that you have such a strong attachment too.
Can't wait to meet your new, little bub!
Mum and Dad to be!
Hello!
These maternity photos turned out so beautifully. As I was editing all the preview photos for this blog post, I kept getting more and more excited with how they all turned out.
I met up with Kristie & Simon at their home and the poor things are in the process of moving house! Good on you Simon for your patience with me asking you to move furniture. I bet you didn't expect to break up the couch this soon before the actual move. It's amazing how you can photograph in minimal space, just give me a blank, painted wall.
Kristie was just glowing. This little bub is so much anticipated! I can't wait to meet this little angel in December.
It was a 'Bump & Baby' Workshop weekend! / Newborn/Pregnancy Photography
I had the privilege of spending a wonderful weekend with the talented photographer Anya Maria Photography. It was so inspirational watching Anya work and meeting other fellow photographers from around Melbourne. Thank you to all our models, you did such a wonderful job. I can't help but be clucky since I met your beautiful, wee ones but at least I get to photograph these cute little bundles of joy. If you are thinking of having newborn photos, contact me with your approximate delivery date so to pencil you in the first week following the birth. As you can see pregnancy photos can be beautiful even though you're feeling uncomfortable and big. Best to do those photos around the 32 - 34 week mark.
