You now have the convenience of choosing an In-Home newborn photo shoot or I’m thrilled to now offer studio newborn photo sessions at my home in Highett.
This newborn session took place in my client’s beautiful home full of character and charm. I think Mum has a secret talent in decorating. When I arrive at your home I’ll look for the room with the best natural window light. Not much room is needed as long as there is space to place my beanbag close to a window as I only photograph in natural light. Natural light is the most flattering with skin tones and especially with a baby’s skin, as they can look quite red when they are this age as blood vessels are close the top of their skin.
There are positives when having an in-home newborn shoot as you have everything you need at arms length. If you have an older sibling or toddler, it’s perfect for them as they can have something to eat or play should they need too while I photograph the baby on their own or with Mum and Dad.
Sometimes you just want to get out of the house. The positive of a studio session is I have it all set up and ready to go, you can relax and enjoy the whole experience out of the house.
So it really depends on what is easiest for you!
